Auto Renewal
Enable automatic renewal for your server from account balance
Auto renewal pays renewal invoices from your account balance when they're due, so your server stays active without manual payment each cycle.
Open the page
You manage auto renewal from your server's manage page at netherhost.cc/client/servers/manage/ followed by your server ID.
From the billing page
You can also go to netherhost.cc/client/billing and click Setup Auto Renewal. A popup lets you select a server and takes you to its manage page.
Enable auto renewal
On the Billing & Auto Renewal section, you'll see your auto renewal status (Inactive or Active).
Click Enable Auto Renewal to turn it on. When enabled, the server renews automatically from your account balance when a renewal invoice is due.
Existing invoices
Enabling auto renewal does not affect invoices that already exist — only future renewals.
Keep enough balance
Auto renewal pays from your account balance. If your balance is too low when a renewal invoice is created, payment will fail and you'll be emailed. Add balance under Billing to avoid suspension.
Billing details
The same page shows your billing cycle, next due date, and total per renewal. Use Change Billing Cycle if you need to update how often you're billed.
