Nether Host refund policy for hosting services and account balance

Cancellation vs. refund policy
Cancelling a server immediately credits unused time to your account balance. The policy below is separate — it covers money-back refund requests on hosting services and balance charges.
48-hour money-back guarantee
Nether Host offers a 48-hour money-back guarantee on all hosting services and account balance charges. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the original payment.
Refund limits
Each customer is eligible to request one refund per calendar year, regardless of the service purchased or payment method used.
How refunds are issued
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used, or as an account balance adjustment where applicable.
Nether Host may withhold a transaction fee of up to 3.5% + $0.30 to cover payment processing costs on routine transactions.
When refunds may be denied
Nether Host reserves the right to deny any refund request for any reason, including evidence of abuse or misuse. Examples include:
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Fraudulent or suspicious payment activity
- Excessive resource abuse or service exploitation
- Use of services for malicious, illegal, or prohibited activities
- Attempts to bypass restrictions, safeguards, or billing systems
This list is not exhaustive. Refund eligibility is determined based on our findings, system data, and reasonable judgment at the time of review.
Request a refund
To request a refund, open a support ticket on Discord or email [email protected] and include:
- Account email address
- Payment gateway
- Payment gateway email address
- Transaction ID
- Reason for refund (optional)
We typically reply within 24 hours with a status update on your request.
