Cancel Server
Cancel your server and choose when cancellation takes effect
Cancel a server from the System page. Open your server and click System in the sidebar, then click Cancel Server under Server Cancellation.
Cancel your server
A Cancel Server modal asks you to confirm and choose when the cancellation should take effect.
End of billing period
Keep your server active until the end of the current billing period. It is cancelled on your next due date — no refund is issued since you're using the full period you paid for.
Cancel immediately
Stop and cancel the server right away. A Refund Amount is calculated based on the days remaining in your billing cycle and credited to your account balance immediately.
Refunds
Immediate cancellations refund the unused portion of your billing cycle to your account balance. End-of-period cancellations do not include a refund.
Data loss
Cancelling removes your server. Back up anything you need before confirming — especially if you choose to cancel immediately.
Confirm cancellation
Review your selected option and click Confirm Cancellation or Continue to finish. The modal shows whether a refund applies before you confirm.
