Can't Connect
Fix connection issues when joining your server
If your server IP or address isn't working, check the following:
Basics
- Make sure the server is online and fully started
- Confirm you're on the correct Minecraft version for the server
- Double-check the IP address and port — both are required unless you're using an SRV record
- Try restarting your server
Create a new allocation
If nothing else works:
- Go to Configuration → Network
- Click Create Allocation
- Set the new allocation as Primary
- Restart your server
- Connect using the new IP and port
