Subuser Invites
Why a shared server is not showing on your account
If someone added you as a subuser and the server is not appearing, follow the steps below based on your situation.
No account yet
If you don't have a Nether Host account, you'll receive an email invitation. Click the invite link — it will prompt you to create a panel account.
Subuser accounts only
Accounts created through a subuser invite are for panel access only. You cannot create a billing account this way.
Already have an account
If you already have an account, the server should appear in your server list on the panel automatically after the invite is sent.
Still not showing up
If you've been waiting a while:
- Hard refresh your browser or clear your cache
- Restart your internet connection
- Log out and back into the panel
- Confirm the owner entered your correct email address
If it still doesn't appear, ask the server owner to verify the invite or contact Support.
