Website & Panel Errors
HTTP error codes on netherhost.cc and the Nether Panel — what they mean and how to fix them
Errors can appear on netherhost.cc (the main website and client area) or on the Nether Panel (where you manage servers). They look similar but mean different things depending on where you see them.
Website errors (netherhost.cc)
These appear on the main Nether Host website — for example when signing in, opening your account, or following a link from the store. They are not Nether Panel errors.
403 — Panel account does not exist
If you see a 403 error on netherhost.cc saying your panel account does not exist, your Nether Panel login was not created when your main account was registered. This is usually caused by a network or packet issue during sign-up.
How to fix it

Include the email address on your Nether Host account.
Nether Panel errors
The Nether Panel runs on Pterodactyl. When something goes wrong, you may see a standard error page with an HTTP status code. Below is what each one usually means and what you should do.
403 — Forbidden
You tried to open a page or server you do not have permission to access.
Common causes:
- You are not signed in, or your session expired — sign in again
- You were removed as a subuser from a server
- You do not have the required permission for that action
If you believe you should have access, sign out, sign back in, and try again. If it still fails, contact support with the page you were trying to open.
404 — Not Found
The page, server, or resource could not be found.
Common causes:
- The URL is wrong or outdated — use the link from your account or email
- A server was deleted or is still provisioning
- A bookmark points to an old address
Double-check the link from your netherhost.cc account or order confirmation. If a server you own shows 404, contact support.
419 — Page Expired
Your session token expired — this is normal after being idle for a while.
How to fix it
Refresh the page and sign in again if prompted. Avoid using the back button after a long break; open the panel from netherhost.cc instead.
429 — Too Many Requests
You sent too many requests in a short time and were temporarily rate-limited.
Wait a minute or two, then try again. If this keeps happening without heavy use, contact support.
500 — Internal Server Error
Something unexpected failed on the panel side.
Refresh the page once. If the error continues, note what you were doing and contact support — your game servers are usually still running even when the panel has a temporary issue.
503 — Service Unavailable (maintenance)
The Nether Panel is in maintenance mode. This happens during updates, migrations, or planned work.
During maintenance:
- The panel web interface may be unavailable
- Your game servers typically keep running — maintenance affects the panel, not necessarily your server process
What to do
- Wait and try again in a few minutes
- Check Discord for maintenance announcements
- If you need urgent help while the panel is down, email [email protected]
