Backups and Restore
Create, download, and restore server backups
Every Nether Host plan includes 3 backup slots. Use them before major changes or updates.
Create a backup
- Open your server in the Nether Panel
- Go to Management → Backups
- Click to create a new backup
Restore or download
From the same page you can:
- Restore a backup to roll your server back to that point
- Download a backup to your computer
- Lock a backup so it can't be deleted accidentally
Restoring overwrites data
Restoring a backup replaces your current server files with the backup snapshot. Create a fresh backup first if you want to keep your current state.
